City Park

City Park is a development of three office buildings located within the city of Brighton and Hove.

When the site was acquired in 2004, only one of the buildings had been partially constructed. Mountgrange recognised the potential of the site, and the latent tenant demand in the area for high quality office space. Based on this assessment, a decision was taken to develop the remaining two buildings on a speculative basis. In tandem, letting competition was generated for all the new available space resulting in a pre-let of the whole to Legal and General during the construction phase.

The entire site was sold to Irish Life in 2006.
