The Fund has formed a Joint Venture which is managed by Pluto Finance to launch a mezzanine finance platform providing funding to residential developments across London and the South-East. The loans will be provided to residential developers in the strongest residential markets of the UK. The loans will be of mezzanine nature and deployed alongside senior finance and the developers’ equity.

The Silverstone concept originated from the identification of a funding gap in the residential market which exists alongside a strong demand for quality residential space in certain UK locations and further growth prospects due to increasing fragmentation of households and population growth.
