Sally Doyle-Linden joined Mountgrange in October 2007 as CFO. She is the Compliance Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and also co-ordinates and manages Mountgrange’s investor relationships. With over twenty years of experience in the real estate sector, she has strong technical and commercial expertise in the areas of treasury, taxation, finance and reporting. As well as in-depth knowledge of UK practices, she has broad experience of European and international markets.
Prior to Mountgrange, Sally was Group Projects Director at Grosvenor Group Limited, a private international property group, which she joined in 2002. Here she was Finance Director of a listed entity in Luxembourg and provided financial consultancy and support to the international management teams. She was also on the Group Finance Board and Holding Company Executive.
Before Grosvenor, Sally worked at Wates City of London Properties plc, a publicly listed property company. Joining in 1987, she rose to become the most senior finance professional, responsible for all financial and treasury matters and raising in excess of £1 billion from banks, rights issues and partners. Sally played a key role in the £373 million takeover of Wates City in 2001 by Pillar Property PLC. Post takeover, she managed the closure of operations including the transfer of assets and liabilities to a newly created trust, and set up and managed the sale of a property management services company.
Sally began her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells in London in 1982. She has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1985. She holds a BA (Hons) in Chemistry from Wadham College, Oxford University.
