Heneage Stevenson

Heneage was a classics scholar at Oxford University whence he joined Schroder Salomon’s UK M&A team. He later became a partner at Bee Developments, where he also gained a night-school MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School, before setting up his own firm LA&P. Heneage has worked on over £2bn of listed market transactions and managed the acquisition, asset management and sale of approximately £0.5 billion of UK real estate, including the consent and delivery of 15,000 new homes and 3 million square feet of commercial space in the midlands.

Heneage has sat on the British Property Federation’s Development & Regeneration Board. He is currently a Main Board Director of Catalyst Housing Group which owns and manages more than 20,000 homes in London and the South East and a Board Director of Catalyst’s Development Board, which currently oversees projects such as the Wornington Green development of c.1,000 homes in Notting Hill, London.

Heneage is a founding trustee (along with the Weston Foundation) of the Corby Business Academy and studied the violin and singing at the Trinity Conservatoire.
