Nick joined Manish and Martin in 2001 and is a key member of the senior acquisition team with a particular remit to look at residential, development and retail projects.
During a career spanning 18 years, Nick has completed acquisitions of UK real estate and won advisory and asset management contracts worth approximately £1.3 billion.
Nick’s project experience includes the creation of the 800,000 sq ft Caltongate scheme in the centre of Edinburgh, the development of City Park, a multiple office development in Brighton and Hove; St Mark\'s Retail, the repositioning and enhancement of a shopping centre in Lincoln; and the Woolworths portfolio which was part of a joint venture with Whitehall and London & Regional. Nick also co-fund managed the £100m UKCP Fund during its acquisition phase before passing the role onto Rob West.
Prior to Mountgrange, Nick worked for Turville Court Estate (\"TCE\"), where he set up a property portfolio. He has also held positions as the Managing Director of a small construction company and one of the largest single organic dairy units in Europe.
Before joining TCE, Nick worked at Knight Frank, where amongst other roles he carried out strategic land acquisition and management for institutional clients and where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. He holds a Diploma in Real Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College.
