Dominic joined Mountgrange in November 2009 to run the asset management on the Jeeves Portfolio. Prior to joining Mountgrange, Dominic worked as an asset manager at New Star looking after the flagship £2 billion UK Property Unit Trust.
Dominic has over 15 years experience in the UK commercial property sector and has managed over £3.5 billion of UK real estate over that period. These include the £300m St Katharine Docks in London where a large-scale masterplan application was submitted for the re-development of three of the large office buildings on the estate, Blackburn Shopping Centre where part of the centre was redesigned and Staples Corner Retail Park in north London. Dominic also has experience of commercial development. Significant schemes include Imperial Park in Watford which is a multi-let industrial park and Knorr-Bremse’s UK headquarters in Melksham.
Previous employers include REIT Asset Management, a private equity property company with offices in London, Munich, Tel-Aviv and Mumbai, and Insight Investment, dealing with the Clerical Medical Life Pension Fund and Halifax Life Unit Trust.
Dominic holds a post graduate diploma in Property Valuation and Management from Sheffield Hallam University and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from The University of Liverpool.
