Tom Stephens is a part-qualified chartered accountant and joined Mountgrange in 2008 having spent almost two years at CIT International, a private equity real estate company.
At CIT he held the position of Accounts Manager working on a German property Fund consisting of 30 assets totalling €400m, reporting for Limited Partnerships and European entities.
Tom graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Sheffield.
