Clinton joined Mountgrange in 2006 as Financial Analyst and is responsible for providing in-house financial modelling and analytical expertise for the management of existing investments and the assessment of new opportunities. Since joining Mountgrange, Clinton has been extensively involved in developing an underwriting model as well as analysing new investment opportunities.
He began his career in 2000 as a consultant at Turner and Townsend, a global consultancy business providing services to the construction industry. There he progressed to the positions of Senior Cost Manager and Principal Consultant. As Senior Cost Manager he was responsible for the cost and commercial management of a number of development projects for a range of blue chip companies. As Principal Consultant, he provided services for public and private property clients including advice on private-public partnerships; options analysis and feasibility studies; property procurement and delivery options; and financial and business modelling solutions.
Clinton graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 2000 with a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
