MOUNTGRANGE IS NOMINATED FOR THE EUROPEAN FUNDRAISE OF THE YEAR
Mountgrange Real Estate Opportunity Fund (“the Fund”) has been nominated by Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) as the European fundraising of the Year in the PERE Awards 2009.
The Fund closed in April of this year, having raised £300 million of committed equity giving it an acquisition capacity of circa £850 million. Other nominations in the same category include Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners III, Max Property Group IPO, and Orion European Real Estate Fund III.
The Awards are voted for by readers of PERENews.com and PERE magazine and industry professionals and are divided into four sub-categories: Global, North American, European and Asian.
